Helped redesign curb appeal, landscaping and interiors before putting the house up for sale. Sold before hitting MLS for over asking! With my design background,passion for helping clients and remodeling, I helped the seller choose new interior colors, exterior paint and trim, yard clean up and added curb appeal with two large potted topiaries in the entrance and buganvilleas on the upstairs balconies. In addition I checked up on the progress with the contractors and staged various parts of the home.
