*Represented buyer* One of the nicest clients and the nicest stories... I was referred to this buyer by an old buyer from a few years ago, which always makes me feel great b/c I know I am doing a great job. He came to me and said he was due to be married in India in June and wanted to buy a beautiful, safe home that was remodeled and in a good location to where his new bride can walk to things and have a good life. He wanted to do all of this before the wedding in India so she had something nice to come "home" to. Such a romantic! No pressure ;) Within 60 days we not only found the perfect home but we were closed and he was moving in. So wonderful being a part of their journey and exciting time in their lives.
