Calabasas

With Malibu to the West and Agoura Hills to the North Calabasas is an upscale but small community with just over 24,000 residents. Boasting some of the best schools in all of Southern California it’s no wonder homes here are highly sought after. Starting in Old Town Calabasas headed North to The Commons you’ll find trendy boutiques and a wide variety of culinary delights. The average home lists for $1.5 million.

Our favorites:

Old Town Farmers Market

Everything you need for a home-cooked dinner made straight from farm to table.
You’ll find us there every weekend grabbing fresh flowers, produce and our daughter’s favorite treat coconuts!

Sagebrush Cantina

Margarita’s? Don’t mind if I do. For over 40 years Sagebrush has been a legendary part of Old Town Calabasas for its great family-friendly atmosphere during the day and wild weekend nights!

Sugarfish

We know it’s a chain but we have to mention chef Kazunori Nozawa’s Sugarfish. It literally never disappoints.

Leonis Adobe Museum

Our daughter Riley loves feeding the animals so much we have a yearly pass. Like clockwork, before we hit the Farmers Market we take a walk around the grounds and feed the sheep, goats and birds.
